Project Description:
This ongoing project will be tasked with conceptualizing and creating our initiatives. Each initiative should make the theater community a bit more hospitable for underserved artists than it was previously.  In addition, initiatives will be designed in such a way that taken together, their impact will be far greater than the sum of their parts. Discrimination is in many ways ‘death by a thousand cuts’. This project is about fighting back with ‘a thousand band-aids’.
