WAT LIST OF DEMANDS (PART ONE)

Project Description:
Comb through the list and divide it into three categories. Category #1: Demands that align with our overarching goal of addressing disparity. Category #2: Demands that don’t fall into category #1 but are simple to accomplish (i.e adding tribal lands to programs). Category #3: Demands that don’t fit into the first two categories.

WAT LIST OF DEMANDS (PART TWO)

Project Description:
Review demands in Category #1 and contrast with our EDI Road Map and Statement of Action. If a demand illustrates a systemic issue that our current strategies do not account for, we will add that new insight into the mix and check that demand off the list. Demands that state an issue we are already addressing will also be struck from the list. Demands that fail to meet either criteria will be moved to Category #3.

Demands that make the cut will be passed up the chain of command to be implemented as soon as possible.

To glean any useful insights from the WAT List of Demands.
We must be open to useful insights while being wary of demands that are at odds with our stated goals or that take our focus away from addressing systemic disparity.
