SUMMARY: Bartender Red narrates the story of Cafe
Avernus: Johnny is working at a seedy strip club
when she gets an unwelcome visit from Charlie, her former pimp, who
has just gotten out of jail. She wants him to get lost... but
he's got a job offer for her, and Johnny reluctantly agrees to
go on the interview, 'cause any job would be better than this
