Summary: BACK TO THE PLOT FOR REALSIES THIS TIME. We learn that Trevor and the wealthy Jeffrey (who we last met in Episode 7) are behind the plot to turn young gay men into gay robot zombies (or "garabombies"). Older gay men become invisible to younger gay men, so they're taking over the young ones in order to regain their youth and desirability. Andrew is already one of them, and Trevor has his sights set on converting Burton. But Burton - after some convincing - decides to help go to war against this evil plot...

Episode Twelve (5/12/18) - Playoffs Round 5!

Summary: After a quick trip through some sci-fi tropes to trick the audience into thinking this is a plot-driven story, Andrew and Burton face off... but Trevor freezes Andrew. Trevor explains to Burton and the garabombies his frustrations with the current generation of young gay men, who he thinks are behaving like stereotypes - being superficially bitchy to one another and finding no value in anyone over 30 who they're not attracted to. He points out that many of the civil rights leaders who earned them their privilege to walk down the street openly holding hands were over 30; the queens at Stonewall were 60 and 70! Trevor then gives Burton the code phrase to unfreeze Andrew, a phrase no gay man would ever say: "vaginal penetration." Andrew awakens... and Burton reveals that though he goes to great lengths to look young, he's actually 31. This ultimately leads to a musical number in which they agree that focusing on sex isn't the only way for gay men to relate, and that it's okay for them as gay men to just be friends. They set off to stop the malfunctioning Jerry from going to the closet where he, at the behest of Jeffrey, is going to push a button that will destroy all the garabombies. But why does Jeffrey want this? It transpires that Jeffrey is not gay; he's straight, and he wants to turn all gay men straight. But his plan didn't work; the chips he implanted in the garabombies was thwarted by the men's innate gayness, which is why the garabombies have been malfunctioning. Jeffrey gives the order for Jerry to press the button - but, now knowing the truth, Jerry is finally able to overcome the programming in his chip and joins the other gay men - and Trevor, who is now helping Burton and the garabombies - in taking Jeffrey down. With Jeffrey overthrown and the danger past, the garabombies are free to be themselves once more - and everyone learns a lesson from Trevor about valuing people as people and not just as sexual conquests.
