Perry Cramp (Stephen Simon) has an idea that he's already
shot and edited:  "Last Douche Standing," in which various
douchebags kill each other.  This is the $1 million winner,
Ralph Filkis (Henry Dittman), a cannibal who ate his own body
in the final competition between him and a racist leper.
