SUMMARY:  The Doctor has invented a serum that changes him from an effeminate milquetoast into a streetwise thug capable of mayhem. A strange man with an even stranger brogue comes to the Doctor's home to inquire after the potion. Subsequently, the Doctor's cocktail party is ruined by potion-based shenanigans.
