SUMMARY:  Larry addresses a crowd at GM about the menace of bicycles, inciting them towards a war on "the silent menace"... and he keeps seeing visions of a woman on a bicycle, grinning at him.  But Larry's actually a car salesman who hasn't sold a car in a month, and he may be losing his mind.
