SUMMARY:  The mercurial and often homicidal King Henry, who is planning an invasion of France, charges his Master of Weapons, Sir Toby, with inventing a new weapon.  Driven to distraction by his wife's cats, Sir Toby, who only has one sleepless night to come up with a weapon or face the axe, comes up with... a rocket. With a cat strapped to it. But how to launch the rocket?  They don't know how the Chinese do it. Perhaps a catapult? The King accepts Sir Toby's idea, but now he must build it. Meanwhile, a spy reports on this new weapon to the French.
