SUMMARY:  When Ugandan detective Agaba Black's partner, Teferi, is murdered by drug dealers, he follows the trail to Beverly Hills... where he is teamed up with Beverly Hills' only black cop, cocky master of disguise Jackson Cable.  Can the mismatched duo stop arguing long enough to survive the attack of the Flash Ninjas and find the drug dealers who killed both their partners?
