SUMMARY: Betty, who is going to be taking some time
off from work at the psychic storefront due to her pregnancy,
trains her very skeptical temp, Cassandra, and introduces her to
the various psychics there, most of whom seem to be obvious
frauds... except maybe Becca, an oblivious and none-too-bright
young woman who occasionally serves as a vessel for a terrifying
and commanding entity from outer space. When Becca's
space-spirit manifests, the unearthly presence says she has
plans for Cass... and, in what seems to be news to Betty, for
Betty's "space baby." |
